So here you see some progress on the bike, I took the original seat pan, carved it up, to fit the purpose, used an angle grinder with 60# disc to shape, and 100# disc to smooth things on the stock cushion. The fenders were from the local Bent Bike outlet, were intended for a HD. I carved them up with a cutoff wheel and fabbed the hangers, from 3/8 rod and some flat stock. You can really see the effect of the reversed inserts on the tank sides. All the wiring harness and brakes went on shortly before this picture.
